Who we are

This website presents the collections of Via Zoya. For any question about your data: info@viazoya.be.

What we do not collect

The website has no customer account, no form and no online shop. We use no analytics tools and no advertising cookies.

Your favourites

The pieces you save as favourites (♡) are stored only in your browser, on your own device. They are never sent to us. You can remove them at any time by tapping the heart again or by clearing your browsing data.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to display the pages and protect the website. Cloudflare also fetches the fonts from Google for us, without passing on your IP address.

Cookies and external services

The website sets no cookies and loads no external services: the fonts are served from our own website and the map is a simple picture. The “Directions” links open Google Maps only if you click them; you then leave our website and the Google Privacy Policy applies.

If you write to us

If you contact us by e-mail, we use your details only to reply to you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@viazoya.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
